CONSENT TO ENROLLMENT IN CREDIT SCORE PLUS
By enrolling in Credit Score Plus (the “Program”), you are authorizing RISE to provide information about you to TransUnion® Interactive, Inc., a national credit reporting agency (“Transunion®”), so that RISE can make available to you TransUnion® credit monitoring and alert services. TransUnion® credit monitoring and alerts are based on your individual credit bureau data maintained by TransUnion®. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive email communications from RISE concerning TransUnion® credit monitoring and alerts and other related matters. You agree that you will receive these email communications from RISE regardless of your current contact preferences on your "My Account" page at www.risecredit.com, until you cancel your participation in the Program. RISE is not responsible for the accuracy of your individual credit bureau data. RISE does not receive or keep any personal credit bureau data about you from TransUnion®, and all such data is encrypted so that RISE employees cannot view it.
