Consent to electronic disclosures


In order for us (and, for Texas and Ohio residents, any third-party lender who may make a loan to you) to provide disclosures and other communications related to this loan application and any credit services agreement or loan agreement that we (or any third party lender) may enter into with you (now or in the future) electronically, we must obtain your consent in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Communications (this "Consent").

By consenting to the electronic delivery of disclosures and communications, you agree that we may, (and any third-party lender who makes a loan to you may), but are not obligated to, provide electronically any and all communications relating to your loan application and any loan or credit services that may be extended to you (now or in the future). Disclosures and communications that may be provided to you electronically include but are not limited to the Loan Application, the Loan Agreement, the Credit Services Disclosure/Information, the Credit Services Contract, this Consent, the Truth-in-Lending disclosures set forth in your Loan Agreement, change-in-term notices, fee and transaction information, statements, delayed disbursement letters, notices of adverse action, state mandated brochures and disclosures, and transaction information, as applicable.

To electronically receive, view, and save the disclosures and communications from us, (or from a third-party lender who makes a loan to you), you must have:

  • An up-to-date internet browser that supports 128–bit strong encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet, Explorer or Mozilla Firefox;
  • Local, electronic storage capacity to retain our Communications and/or a printer to print them;
  • A valid e-mail account and software to access it;
  • An up-to-date device or devices (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) suitable for connecting to the Internet;
  • Software that enables you to view files in the Portable Document Format ("PDF").Internet access

Prior to submitting your application, you may withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures and communications by exiting the RISE website. You will not be able to submit your loan application if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures and communications, because all loan applications require an electronic signature. If you electronically submit a loan application, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Consent (unless you withdraw such Consent, as discussed below).

If you withdraw your Consent after electronically submitting your loan application but before a final credit determination, this action will be treated as the affirmative withdrawal of your loan application and the review of your loan request will not be continued. To withdraw this Consent after you have submitted your loan application or during the term of any loan you may obtain from us, (or a third-party lender), please contact us by calling (866) 580-1226, or write to us at: RISE, Attn: Disclosure Request, 4150 International Plaza, Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76109. Note that it may take up to three business days from receipt to process your withdrawal request.

By entering the last four digits of your social security number and submitting your application, you agree to the Consent to Electronic Disclosures as set forth above, acknowledge that you have read and understand the Loan Cost and Terms, and agree to our Terms and Conditions for your state of residence.
