However, a hard inquiry will be placed with Clarity when you submit a complete application, and this may affect your overall credit profile with this bureau. For customers who are not responding to an active firm offer of credit, a hard inquiry will not be placed on your TransUnion or FactorTrust credit report until you are approved for and accept a loan.

If you don’t make a payment on time we will attempt to contact you via one or more authorized methods. If you fail to repay in accordance with your terms, we may place or sell your debt with a third-party collection agency or other company that acquires and/or collects delinquent consumer debt.
