By consenting to the electronic delivery of disclosures and communications, you agree that we may, (and any third-party lender who makes a loan
to you may), but are not obligated to, provide electronically any and all communications relating to your loan application and any loan or credit

Prior to submitting your application, you may withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures and communications by exiting the RISE
website. You will not be able to submit your loan application if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures and
communications, because all loan applications require an electronic signature. If you electronically submit a loan application, you will
be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Consent (unless you withdraw such Consent, as discussed below).
If you withdraw your Consent after electronically submitting your loan application but before a final credit determination, this
action will be treated as the affirmative withdrawal of your loan application and the review of your loan request will not be continued. To withdraw this
Consent after you have submitted your loan application or during the term of any loan you may obtain from us, (or a third-party lender), please contact us
by calling (866) 580-1226, or write to us at: RISE, Attn: Disclosure Request, 4150 International Plaza, Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76109.
Note that it may take up to three business days from receipt to process your withdrawal request.
You have the option to receive any information provided to you electronically in paper form at no cost to
you. To request a paper copy of any information provided to you electronically, please contact us by calling
